SELF-CHECK-IN PROCEDURE (3:00 PM – 10:00 PM)
This property is rented directly by the owner, so during check-in you will be asked to sign a short-term rental agreement for tourism purposes only.
To activate the SELF-CHECK-IN procedure, you will be asked to send a copy of your documents for each guest through the VIKEY "security certified" service, as required by Italian anti-terrorism legislation. After your arrival, our staff will verify the accuracy of the information submitted in person.
Our guests are advised that parties, events, music, and loud noises are not permitted in this apartment.
Activation and deactivation of air conditioning and heating are subject to current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree 16/04/2013 n. 74, Ministerial Decree 383 of 6/10/2022).
Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The activation period and daily duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
